Vertu were good given the faulty product they had to deal with but disappointed that a second part had to be ordered. If that also had a potential fault why wasn't everything ordered initially so that I could have had the car returned sooner?

They have no idea of customer service, extremely difficult to make contact with and treat their customers with contempt. I will be purchasing a new vehicle this year and after my experience with Virtue Mini, it will definitely not be a mini

Car placed with you on Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning slot. You ordered wrong part. Still not ready on Thursday. Promised 10am on Friday. Then 3pm. We contacted you to be told around 5pm. Arrived at garage still unaware if it was ready.

I went to Vertu Exeter because I urgently needed both keys to be recharged and Halfords Autocentre weren't able to 'charge' them (however that is done). Vertu responded quickly, and I waited only 10 minutes whilst the keys were 'recharged'.
