Generally happy with the service, but had a 50 minute wait to get the keys, despite arriving at the time slot I was allocated and about 10 minutes after receiving the call to say the car was ready.

Dani was very helpful with regard to current and future works. The only issue was that my Vertu Service Plan could not be located so I had to pay for the service. I have now tracked down the account number so it should be possible to put this right.

My Mini electric developed a very serious problem that took over 2 months to analyse and repair. During that time the service staff - particularly Douglas Fisher and Mika Brosius kept me updated with developments - this was reassuring.
